This is the message I got just a few minutes ago. This morning driving her to the vet was the longest drive ever. I feel better now that I have been home for a while. Can’t wait to see Maggie tomorrow. I know I will be thinking of her every second till I do. Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers.

We’ll be thinking of her too, and look forward to hearing about Maggie’s speedy recovery.
I was thinking about Maggie today! So glad to hear she’s out of surgery… Can’t wait to hear from you when you bring her home tomorrow!!!

Are you going to change your title from “amputation anxiety” to “recovery anxiety”? For some doggies, the 2 weeks after surgery is a little rough(ruff!). Just remember to make sure she doesn’t trick you into thinking she can do more than she really should (Jack did that to me, which resulted in another 2 night stay at the doctor for him). YAY for Maggie, and give her big, PAWSITIVE hugs from me and El Capitan.

Will be a long night for you until you see your pup tomorrow! But try to get some sleep… Stay strong for Maggie!!! 🙂
